Commande faite en avril , reçue en juillet après avoir écrit un courriel. Heureusement que je n’étais pas pressée. Je ne commanderais plus chez eux

Concernant le retard, ce produit était en précommande lors de votre achat. La livraison était prévue pour début juin, mais nos fournisseurs ont eu à deux reprises des délais que nous ne contrôlons pas.

À chaque fois, nous avons envoyé des courriels à tous ceux qui avaient précommandé pour expliquer les retards indépendants de notre volonté. Dans chaque courriel, nous avons également demandé si vous souhaitiez un remboursement, car nous n'avons pas pu tenir notre promesse.

Nous avons même offert à chaque client ayant précommandé, une paire de chaussettes antidérapantes blanches en guise de cadeau pour nous excuser.

Nous sommes profondément désolés d'avoir gâché votre expérience d'achat, mais nous vous avons informé de ce retard et offert la possibilité d'un remboursement.

Si vous n'avez pas reçu nos courriels, il est possible que vous ayez coché la case 'ne pas recevoir d'email' lors de votre achat.

Actuellement, le produit est en stock dans nos entrepôts, donc il n'y a plus de souci de livraison.
